Responsibilities: Conduct LinkedIn audits and provide actionable insights. Review resumes and provide improvement suggestions. Schedule meetings and interviews efficiently. Maintain log sheets and ensure records are up to date. Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow . Assist in creating and publishing one daily post on company platforms. Support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks . Qualifications: Fresh graduates in BBA, MBA , or related fields (preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills . Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment . Willing to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
