Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:

People & Hiring:

  • Assist in recruitment job postings, screening, interviews, and closing positions across departments
  • Maintain hiring trackers, candidate follow-ups, and internal coordination

Systems & Process Management:

  • Support in onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
  • Create, update, and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and reporting sheets

Culture & Communication:

  • Coordinate internal communication with teaching and non-teaching teams
  • Plan and participate in employee engagement initiatives (festivals, feedback forums, wellness check-ins)

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly HR reports for hiring status, attendance, and employee activity
  • Assist in building HR dashboards using Google Sheets and MIS tools

Administration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Admin, Management, and Department Heads for hiring tickets and task assignments
  • Support in day-to-day office coordination and documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or recently completed

    studies in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in

    English, Marathi, and Hindi

  • Comfortable using

    Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Has a

    people-first mindset

    with an ability to take initiative
