Job Title: HR Recruiter & HR Intern
Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

HR Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and social media
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain recruitment databases and daily reports
• Support onboarding documentation and other HR tasks
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand end-to-end hiring

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
• Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely updates to candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment databases
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
• Detail-oriented and good with follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
