Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Mockingbird Studio, your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting SOPs, templates, and policies such as offer letters, leave policy, appraisal formats, exit interview forms, and more. You will collaborate with team leads to comprehend role requirements and assist in crafting job descriptions. Moreover, you will contribute to streamlining recruitment workflows from candidate sourcing to selection. Your role will also involve creating onboarding practices to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new employees. You will develop simple yet effective performance review and feedback mechanisms and introduce basic employee engagement initiatives like celebrating birthdays, establishing feedback loops, and implementing recognition formats. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and digitizing processes to create an easily accessible HR handbook/playbook.
