Internship Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team in Jaipur. This 3-month paid internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition, with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and screen candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and other portals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR team in daily hiring operations.
  

Requirements

• Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Must be based in Jaipur.
  

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Mode: Hybrid (mix of office and work-from-home as per requirement)
• Location: Jaipur (On-site presence required)
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Work days: 6 days a week
• Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Paid Internship)
• PPO Opportunity: Exceptional performers will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a significant salary hike.
