Selected Intern’s Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Include Posting job openings across various job boards and company platforms—ensuring ads are accurate, up to date, and reflective of role requirements. Screening resumes and applications against predefined criteria to identify suitable candidates for further stages in the hiring process. Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and interviewers, including setting up times, sending invites, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Helping conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates—verifying professional history and gathering insights on past performance.
