Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Owning end-to-end hiring across functions: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and deployment.
Actively traveling for campus drives, regional hiring, and franchise-level recruitment.
Designing and executing training and induction programs for internal teams and 500+ franchise partners.
Building, documenting, and continuously improving HR processes, SOPs, and people systems from scratch.
Tracking performance, discipline, culture, and accountability across teams.
Working directly with the CEO and leadership, handling sensitive, high-impact people decisions.
Stepping into chaos, solving people problems, and ensuring execution - no excuses, no hand-holding.

About Company: Coding Pro is the flagship program under Coding Jr, focused on creating centers of excellence for university students. Our AI-enabled campus integrates advanced learning, virtual labs, and data-driven student growth, making us a pioneer in AI-powered education.
We are a team of IIT, BHU, and IIM Ahmedabad graduates working in the education technology sector. Before this, we had already co-founded a bunch of companies. Coding Junior is a Delhi and Singapore-based startup aiming to help educators teach with the help of our software.
