As a Human Resources intern at Studio Mosaic, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, providing support, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Assist in talent management initiatives such as performance evaluations, career development programs, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
