Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles like developers, testers, AI engineers, and project managers.
• Discussing with department heads to understand project-specific manpower requirements and align hiring accordingly
• Maintain a strong network and talent pool for future technology-driven requirements
• Well-versed with the tech manpower requirements and evolving tech skill demands
• Ability to assess technical capabilities, job descriptions, and project suitability of candidates.
• Familiar with modern tech stacks, software development cycles, and IT resource planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  4 years of experience in HR within the software / IT industry

  .
• Deep understanding of

  technical hiring

  and current IT talent market.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and HRMS tools.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resource Management,or equivalent.
