Job Description

This role is at a managerial level of the group. Drives people development processes and procedures carrying the sentiment of the organisation forward. Should be conceptually clear about HR management rather than merely the tools and technique of the function. Has a conceptual understanding of Human resource Management and is responsible for employee recruitment, training and development.


Responsibilities

To prepare and set every role in the organisation.

Role based training development plan

Performance and potential appraisal system and schedules

Tools and methodology for role-based interface between reporter and reporter


Qualifications

  • Master’s/bachelor's degree in HR/Personnel Management
  • Work experience of at least 10 years in HR/Personnel Management
  • Knowledge of HR management concepts and practices
  • Functional knowledge of Organisation design and development and it’s intervention
