As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, career management strategies, and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Your key tasks will include evaluating employee training needs, organizing training sessions, developing HR programs, and overseeing HR management activities. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and employee well-being, as well as ensuring that all departments" manpower needs are met on a daily basis.
