Role Overview: As a Human Resources Development Manager at Jewel Consumer Care Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement human resources policies, career management strategies, and manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Your key tasks will include evaluating employee training needs, organizing training sessions, developing HR programs, and overseeing HR management activities. You will also be coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies, employee well-being, and meeting the manpower needs of all departments.
