Human Resources Compliance Executive

You are a full-time Human Resources Compliance Executive at Nouvel Facilities, located in New Delhi. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and implementing HR management strategies. You will be developing and enforcing HR compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance on HR policies. To excel in this role, you should have experience in compliance under the Contract Labour and Abolition Act within the HR domain. Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, the Bonus Act, the Gratuity Act, and the Shops & Commercial Establishment Act is essential. You should possess HR Management and HR Operations skills, along with experience in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies. Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices is a must. As a Human Resources Compliance Executive, strong organizational and communication skills are crucial.
