Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated Human Resources Associate to join our HR team in Agra. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about HR and people management. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Help coordinate performance review processes and training programs.

• Address basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.

• Collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day operations and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).

• 0–1 year of HR experience (internship experience also considered).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with HRMS tools/software.

• Exposure to startups or fast-growing companies.

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
