Role Overview

Human Resource Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle the
entire recruitment life cycle
from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flow.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Thorough understanding of
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
processes.
Experience in
sourcing, screening, and closing positions
across various functions.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in
diversity hiring
or
career restart programs
is a plus.
