What You’ll Do

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment, especially for the pharma domain
• Lead and manage a small hiring team, ensuring delivery on urgent bulk hiring mandates
• Strategize and execute bulk and fast-paced hiring plans to meet business growth
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates using various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other ATS tools
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless onboarding and hiring pipeline updates
• Stay updated on market trends and talent strategies in the pharmaceutical and tech sectors

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in hardcore recruitment, ideally in pharma or healthcare hiring
• Proven track record in bulk hiring and team handling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Familiarity with hiring tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems, and job boards
• A go-getter mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines
