Job Title: Senior HR IT and Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Kolkata, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for both IT and Non-IT roles within our organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, with a strong emphasis on consultancy-driven strategies to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IT (e.g., software engineers, data analysts) and Non-IT (e.g., finance, operations) positions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and consultancy partnerships.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights on talent trends.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain candidate databases.
Build and maintain relationships with external consultants and recruitment agencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
4 to 12 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on consultancy environments (e.g., working in or with consulting firms).
Proven track record in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
