Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Assist in offer letters and onboarding.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 0–2 years of recruitment/HR experience (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
