Role & responsibilities

HR MIS Reports
. (Recruitment MIS, Vacancy Tracker, ESG Report, Manpower Report).
HRMS Operation and handling
. (Vacancy approval, Employee streamline, Notice display etc).
Coordination with H.O
regarding data management, MIS Reports etc.
Internal/ External Transfer & Deputation related Activities.

HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:

Training and Development
Training scheduling and documentation
Employee life cycle management, Retirement, Retention, Exit Formalities, Service Extension Proposal etc.
Personnel File of Employee & Record Room management.
Salary Rationalization process.

Employee engagement and other activities:

Qualification: M.B.A(HR) Candidate should be ready to relocate to Seloo, Wardha (MH)
