Job Description

Prefered Male Candidate We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager within manufacturing industry to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Develop and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and systems. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Oversee payroll and benefits administration. Foster a positive work environment and culture to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive. Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and employment laws. Ability to develop and manage HR strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Competence in conflict resolution and performance management. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Contact - Prajyot 8291206465
