Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resource professional at Symbiosis International University. The Human Resource professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, and nurturing a positive working environment. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the organization.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
