Human Resource Recruiter Intern (West Bengal Candidates apply only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening of resumes based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and trackers
• Draft and post job advertisements
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist the HR team in daily operational and recruitment tasks
• Prepare weekly status reports on recruitment activities

Must speak English and Bengali fluently
