Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection:

    Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Employee On boarding and Orientation:

    Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in developing and implementing on boarding programs to enhance the employee experience.

  • Training and Development:

    Support the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees. Assist in assessing training needs, identifying suitable training vendors, and evaluating training effectiveness.

  • Performance Management:

    Assist in administering the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Support managers and employees in understanding performance management processes and providing guidance on performance-related issues.

  • Employee Relations:

    Assist in handling employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and addressing employee grievances. Support HR initiatives aimed at promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.

  • HR Administration:

    Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documents, and managing HR databases. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
