Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
  
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Help draft and send offer letters and other onboarding documents.
  
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
  
• Support various TA projects and process improvements.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS tools (experience is a plus).
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
