About the Role

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.
  • Help organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide support in HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources such as Business Administration, MBA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
