Job Role & Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks, maintain, and update documents related to assigned files.
Review and correct documents as needed.
Enter data of interested parties into the client system.
Respond to client status reports.
Retrieve and review documents from courts, counties, tax authorities, bankruptcy courts, and trustees.
Upload and save relevant documentation in client systems.
Prepare legal documents, including suits, affidavits, dockets, and court invoices.
Conduct quality control reviews of legal documents.
Communicate with clients via websites and email to update them on file status.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Must be willing to extend shifts if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Any bachelors degree (completed).
Proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to work independently within defined parameters and make informed decisions.
Quick learner with adaptability, ownership, and accountability.
