As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Jabil, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing various compensation-related assignments for a specific region, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to compensation inquiries from internal stakeholders such as Business Managers, HR Generalists, and Recruiters. - Conducting and analyzing regional market salary surveys. - Managing relationships with global salary survey vendors. - Assisting in designing and administering local compensation policies compliant with laws and aligning with global strategies. - Developing tools for managing compensation data and preparing reports. - Collaborating with HRIS and IT teams to ensure HRIS applications meet compensation needs. - Analyzing existing compensation plans and metrics to provide improvement recommendations. - Conducting financial and market competitive analysis for business initiatives. - Assisting in the design of variable incentive programs. - Adhering to safety regulations and company security policies. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages as a plus. - Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. - Analytical, consulting, and influencing skills. - Experience with HRIS and report writing applications, SAP knowledge preferred. - Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). - Ability to interpret technical documents and present information effectively. - Problem-solving skills in various situations.
