Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing recruitment processes including resume screening, interviews, and background checks.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Overseeing employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Preparing HR reports and managing employee separations.
  • Organizing training and development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience in HR or related roles, typically 1-2 years or more.
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.
