Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end bulk hiring of white and blue collar employees.
Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports regularly.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Coordinate with manpower vendors for daily workforce and billing
Share regular reports on manpower and attendance

Requirements:

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
23 years of experience in recruitment in E-Com industry.
Should be able to cordinate and maange vendors.
Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, and labor compliance
Proficient in Advance MS Excel and documentation
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Willing to travel for recruitment.
Should be adaptable and feasible in new ways of working.
Should be able to do Gap Analysis in work flow of HR Department.
Should be eager to work on creative side and explore new ways of effective working.
