About the Role

well-versed in Payroll, PF, Excel, and end-to-end HR Operations

Mandatory Requirements

• Gender:

  Male candidates only (Operational requirement)

• Experience in Payroll Processing

  salary calculations, deductions, final settlements
• Strong knowledge of

  Provident Fund (PF)

  and

  statutory compliance

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, MIS reporting
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in

  HR Operations

• Fluency in English and Hindi

  both written and verbal
• Comfortable with

  rotational shifts

  (24/7 operations)

• Must be available for face-to-face interviews

  (no online interviews)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end payroll processing

  accurately and on time
• Manage

  employee lifecycle operations

  onboarding, documentation, exit formalities
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of

  PF, ESI, and other statutory components

• Maintain and update

  employee records and HRMS systems

• Prepare and analyze

  HR MIS reports

  and data-driven insights
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, and internal teams for HR-related queries
  
• Support grievance handling and escalate concerns as needed
  
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes

• This is a

  , strictly due to operational shift requirements

• Rotational shifts are mandatory

  this includes weekends/holidays as per roster
• We do not conduct virtual interviews

  only face-to-face interviews
