Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Draft and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
