Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Human Resource Executive is responsible for ensuring that the overall Manpower coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:

Implementing and revising a companys compensation program.
Creating and revising job descriptions.
Conducting annual salary surveys.
Analyzing and updating the companys evaluation program.
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
Maintaining affirmative action programs.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
Overseeing exit interviews.
Maintaining department records and reports.
Participating in administrative staff meetings.
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in Executive level in the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Hiring.
Experience of minimum 2 years in Industrial Relations and its Management.
Knowledge and experience in Payroll Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Both Tamil & English).
Strong knowledge in Computer applications.
Team building techniques and interpersonal skill.
Experience in Canteen Management in the Factory.
Experience in handling of emergency situations in the Industry.
Experience in Multitasking and Employee benefit program/ Management.
