Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and monitor employee attendance records and leave management systems.
Manage employee documentation including offer letters, ID cards, joining kits, and exit formalities.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
Support performance management and appraisal coordination.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with internal HR policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Collaborate with department heads for HR-related coordination.
Manage internal communication through Outlook and other official channels.
Maintain administrative records and office supply inventory.
Provide general support to management and staff as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
2 - 4 years
of experience in HR operations, preferably in the
real estate
,
construction
, or
infrastructure
sector.
Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel
,
Outlook
,
Word
, and
PowerPoint
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
(English & Kannada language is must).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Flexible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR software/tools will be an added advantage.
