Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. This role works closely with leadership to provide to build on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. The HRBP is responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, analyzing workforce metrics, and fostering a positive, productive work environment

  • Strategic HR Partnership:

    • Advise business leaders, aligning HR strategies with company goals.
    • Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives supporting growth and change management.
    • Guide workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Serve as a mediator for employee relations and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and drive employee engagement.
    • Coach managers on best practices for feedback and employee development.

  • HR Program Development:

    • Lead or support HR programs such as talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and succession planning.
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.

  • Data & Analytics:

    • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
    • Provide reports and recommendations on HR trends and workforce issues.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters/HR certification a plus)
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and change management
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
  • Working for a client based overseas
  • Complete remote role
  • Shift hours : 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
