Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end contractual hiring efforts to fulfill client-specific resource requirements within defined timelines.
  • Partner with internal talent acquisition teams and external vendors to source, screen, and onboard contractual staff efficiently.
  • Ensure proper documentation, offer issuance, and background verification for all contract hires.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project-based or time-bound workforce needs and develop hiring plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of pre-vetted contract professionals for quick ramp-up on urgent project requirements.
  • Coordinate with delivery and client-facing teams to ensure timely joining, onboarding, and productivity of hired contractors.
  • Monitor contract validity, renewal cycles, and proactively manage extension or offboarding processes.
  • Ensure all contractual hiring complies with company policies, client-specific terms, and statutory obligations.
