You will be part of dotSolved, a renowned global provider of business process automation, modern application engineering, and cloud infrastructure services. Our focus lies in assisting enterprises across various industries such as High technology, Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Communications, Retail, Healthcare, and Education in their digital transformations. As a HubSpot/Salesforce Campaigns Specialist with over 6 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM campaign management, your role will revolve around designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce. Your primary objectives will include driving engagement, lead generation, and customer retention through effective campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include planning, building, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns within HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot. You will work on optimizing lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams is crucial to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with business objectives. Furthermore, you will configure and maintain automation tools within HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring proper integration and data synchronization. Developing and refining lead scoring models, lifecycle management processes, A/B testing, segmentation, and dynamic content strategies will also be part of your role. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics, creating dashboards and reports, and conducting data hygiene audits to ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance with regulations are essential tasks. Identifying opportunities for process improvement, staying updated with the latest features and industry trends of HubSpot and Salesforce, and providing training and documentation on marketing automation best practices to internal teams will be part of your responsibilities. To thrive in this role, you should have 6+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and digital marketing. Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, along with certifications, will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, workflow automation, A/B testing, reporting, and data analysis is essential. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages is preferred. Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and email compliance regulations, along with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, will be beneficial.,
