Hubspot Developer/Implementation Expert

As a HubSpot Developer / CRM Implementation Expert at Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing and implementing HubSpot CRM setup, integrations, and custom modules. Your role will involve developing workflows, automation, pipelines, and lead nurturing campaigns to optimize customer experience and facilitate business growth through effective CRM practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and create reports and dashboards for performance tracking. Additionally, you will provide user training, system documentation, and ongoing support for CRM users. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot development and CRM implementation. You must possess a strong knowledge of HubSpot APIs, HUBL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in designing and executing complex automation workflows is essential, along with familiarity with CRM integrations such as Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, and Zapier. An understanding of sales and marketing processes, lead lifecycle, and data segmentation is crucial. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite position in Mohali, with availability for mid or night shifts.
