Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Hub Incharge at Shadowfax located in Puri. The Hub Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hub, managing logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality checks. They will also be responsible for managing a team of executives and ensuring efficient operations. Qualifications Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management skills Experience in managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations Excellent organizational and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of local transportation rules and regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
