HSSE&C Systems & Performance Analyst

Role Overview: As bp transitions to an integrated energy company, the Customers & Products (C&P) business area is establishing a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. In this role, you will manage and analyze HSE&C performance data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting continuous improvement of HSE&C systems and processes. You will provide valuable insights through data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive safety, security, environmental, and compliance performance. Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: Support PUs, SMEs, and OMS tags to deliver performance metrics by collecting, validating, and managing HSE&C data from BP/Castrol systems (e.g., IRIS, Power BI, MT&L). - Performance Analysis: Analyze HSE&C performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - Reporting: Support PUs incident recording & reporting and prepare/distribute HSE&C performance reports. - System Administrator & Support: Maintain and support HSE&C systems to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and troubleshooting. - Provide direction and training to HSE&C teams, IRIS users, and other customers to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across Castrol. - Analyze incidents and incident trends, identify key findings, and provide reports to HSE&C and Castrol management teams. - Support customers in maintaining appropriate leading/lagging KPIs for performance monitoring with Castrol and BP networks. Qualifications Required: - University degree (or equivalent work experience) with a degree or equivalent experience in HSE&C desirable. - 3-5 years of experience in HSE&C data analysis, reporting, and systems management. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and IRIS. - Understanding of HSE&C regulations and standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Experience with HSE&C management systems in an international business environment. Additional Company Details: You will collaborate with Global HSE&C, bp & Castrol domain experts (SMEs), Regional Performance Units HSE&C, and local business and manufacturing sites HSE&C teams. This role does not require any travel, and relocation assistance within the country is available. The position offers a hybrid working model of office and remote work.
