HSE&C Performance & Change Management Advisor

As a Health, Safety, Environment & Carbon (HSE&C) Performance and Change Management Advisor at bp Technical Solutions India (TSI) in Pune, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth transitions during the introduction of new or improved HSE&C related processes, policies, or systems across business units. Your focus will not only be on the technical aspects of change but also on its impact on people and organizational culture, ensuring effective adoption by stakeholders without disruptions. You will be responsible for developing a change management plan aligned with project objectives, conducting Change Impact assessments, and collaborating with leadership to align change strategies with overall bp HSE&C goals. Additionally, you will identify and engage all stakeholders, establish communication plans, provide relevant training, update policies and procedures, promote cultural shifts, and monitor progress through defined KPIs. To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or Health Safety Environment with experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Preferred certifications include Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), along with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in change management, project management, or related fields. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in agile environments and proficiency in change management tools. This full-time position requires working UK/US hours and may involve up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance within the country is available, and remote work is not an option for this role.
