HSE Manager – Solar Project

We are seeking an HSE Executive/Manager with mandatory solar project experience to ensure compliance with Indian safety and environmental regulations and to maintain a safe working environment at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement HSE policies as per BOCW Act, Factories Act, and company standards

Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions

Ensure safe practices for work at height, electrical (LT/HT), lifting, and civil works

Monitor PPE usage and permit-to-work systems

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports

Maintain HSE documentation, registers, and reports

Ensure environmental compliance (waste management, dust control, spill prevention)

Coordinate with contractors and site team on safety compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in solar / renewable / EPC projects

Knowledge of Indian statutory safety requirements

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Safety, Engineering, or Science
Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)NEBOSH / IOSH – Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
