Job Description

As an HSE Executive, your role will involve capturing HSE / GRI data, analyzing and submitting reports. You will be responsible for coordinating with physiotherapists to address requests and trainings related to ergonomics. Additionally, performing the requisite Pre / Post Employment medical checks for contractual staff will be part of your duties. It will also be your responsibility to schedule and conduct trainings for employees on HSE, collate and analyze HSE / GRI data, and ensure timely submission / updation of EIA / PCB documents to concerned authorities. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with consultants and other stakeholders for collation of project-related data, following up with concerned Regulatory authorities for necessary approvals, tracking legal compliance for DCs, adopting and implementing environment-friendly practices, ensuring testing and monitoring of all HSE parameters as per defined frequency, assisting during audits and follow-up for closure of action items, issuing work permits, preparing PPT on health and improvement of the initiative on a periodic basis, participating in management review meetings, and monitoring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. In the context of Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), you will be expected to define the strategy for achievement of objectives and targets, review health and improvement of the initiative on a periodic basis, participate in management review meetings, and participate in internal and external audits to enable implementation of action items. Furthermore, you will be involved in co-ordinating / attending / providing training to Associate Facilities and contractual staff in areas such as technical and customer service-related activities. Deploying contractual personnel and regularly monitoring services provided will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in HSE and BCMS standards, strong analytical, organization, and presentation skills, 8-10 years of experience in the related area of operation, and a Masters or Graduate degree in a related field of activity.,
