Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of

  Oracle HRMS Applications R12

  .
• Work extensively on

  Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions

  .
• Develop and customize solutions using

  PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Interfaces

  .
• Create and maintain

  XML/RDF Reports

  and support HRMS-related data conversions.
• Handle

  Payroll Processing

  including Prepayment, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
• Perform extensions, customizations, and personalizations as per business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 8+ years of experience

  in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Oracle Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management

• PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Interfaces

• Proven expertise in

  Payroll Integration and Processing

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  SQL & PL/SQL

  (Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers).
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership for HRMS projects.
