HRMS Functional

The HRMS Functional will work in the Global HRIS transition project, focusing primarily on Talent and Performance management. You will collaborate with the core team in the Workday implementation project, where your main responsibility will be working on the Talent and Performance management module. As a subject matter expert in the HRMS domain, you will also assist in testing and validating business processes, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, and providing solutions and impact analysis. In addition, you will be required to conduct training sessions such as workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions, as well as perform basic reporting and documentations. Your role will also involve assisting in the design of security configurations, roles, and permissions within Workday when necessary. Your functional skills should include a good knowledge of Workday, especially in Talent and Performance management, or alternatively, familiarity with other HRIS systems like Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc., with a strong emphasis on Talent and Performance Management. It is essential to have an understanding of HR processes such as administrative management, mobility, and training, as well as the ability to comprehend both functional and technical aspects related to Talent and Performance management. Configuration knowledge is a plus, along with the ability to identify gaps between global processes and local practices, and interpret project documentation, core model, and local model. From a technical perspective, you should be comfortable using collaborative tools like Teams, SharePoint, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Basic reporting skills, whether in Workday reporting or Excel, are required, as well as a fundamental understanding of roles and permissions in Workday or other HRIS systems. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR would be beneficial, along with a commitment to upholding security and data privacy standards throughout your work.,
