HRIS Specialist

As an HRIS Specialist at Axway, your role will involve designing, building, running, and maintaining reports to process HR data to support business decisions. You will collaborate closely with HR and other teams to identify report needs, analyze data trends, improve processes, and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Gather data from HRIS sources to build reports and develop dashboards supporting business strategies - Analyze data, perform audits on data accuracy, identify issues, and trends to enhance data accuracy - Interact with stakeholders at Corporate, Country, and Business levels by providing necessary reports for legal demands, RFPs, and annual reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business, or related field - 1 to 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI, knowledge of other tools is a plus - Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities - Fluency in English, knowledge of French is advantageous Joining Axway means being part of a culturally rich and globally connected community that values togetherness and collaboration.
