Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand operational objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and solutions.
Drive end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies.
Support performance management processes – goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and career progression.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational design.
Identify training needs, partner with L&D to create development programs, and support succession planning.
Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and provide insights for decision-making.
Support change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation within the organization.
