Description
As a HR Business Partnering Support Functions at iServeU, you will play a crucial role in supporting leaders of assigned support functions by providing strategic HR advice and interventions. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted HR partner to support function leaders and aligning workforce needs with business goals. - Leading manpower planning, coordinating talent acquisition, and facilitating onboarding for support function roles. - Managing performance management cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. - Guiding on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. - Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - Collaborating with leaders on organizational design, job evaluations, and role clarity initiatives. - Ensuring HR policy implementation and compliance with statutory and internal guidelines. - Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across support functions. In the area of Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Engagement & Culture, you will be responsible for: - Developing and executing the annual L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Conducting training needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders. - Designing, curating, and delivering high-quality learning programs through various formats. - Managing external training partners, content providers, and vendors. - Tracking training effectiveness and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS). - Driving engagement initiatives and culture-building activities tailored to support-function employees. - Monitoring engagement survey results and collaborating with leaders on action planning. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Expertise in Learning & Development frameworks. - Solid understanding of HR processes such as performance management, organizational design, and employee relations. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - High integrity, empathy, and relationship-building skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: MBA/PGDM in HR. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience (with at least 2-3 years in L&D). - Exposure to HR partnering for support functions is preferred. - Experience in designing and delivering trainings is an added advantage.
