Role Snapshot:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with 1215 years of experience to support the India GCC operations by partnering closely with the HR Head GCC and senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp business lens to HR, championing talent strategies aligned to high-growth tech and shared services environments.Ideal Candidate:12-15 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in a GCC or global shared services setupStrong capability in strategic HR partnering, organizational development, and change managementProven track record of working with leadership teams to shape workforce strategiesExperience supporting digital, tech, and analytics functions is highly desirableExcellent stakeholder management with strong analytical and business acumenMust hold a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time MBA in HRExposure to matrix organizations and global reporting structuresComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
