Role Snapshot: We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with 1215 years of experience to support the India GCC operations by partnering closely with the HR Head GCC and senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp business lens to HR, championing talent strategies aligned to high-growth tech and shared services environments. Ideal Candidate: 12-15 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in a GCC or global shared services setup Strong capability in strategic HR partnering, organizational development, and change management Proven track record of working with leadership teams to shape workforce strategies Experience supporting digital, tech, and analytics functions is highly desirable Excellent stakeholder management with strong analytical and business acumen Must hold a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time MBA in HR Exposure to matrix organizations and global reporting structures Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
