Apply at : saijal@symbiosisindia.net Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design. Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive growth, productivity, and innovation in a manufacturing environment. Talent Management & Development Lead talent acquisition efforts for leadership and critical roles in collaboration with TA teams. Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Identify competency gaps and implement training and development strategies. Employee Relations & Engagement Champion a positive workplace culture and high employee morale. Proactively manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve workplace satisfaction. Performance Management Oversee the performance management cycle; coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development. Ensure merit-based appraisals and foster a culture of high performance. Change Management Partner with business units during organizational changes, restructuring, or new process implementations. Communicate effectively and manage employee transitions with minimal disruption. HR Analytics & Compliance Use HR metrics to provide insights and support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline from a reputed institute. 1012 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in HRBP roles. Experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws , HR systems, and industry best practices. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in HR analytics , performance management, and talent strategies.
