HRBP - BFSI & HRO - BPS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to partner with business stakeholders through targeted HR interventions, people practices, and talent strategies. You will also be in charge of driving end-to-end execution of central HR processes within the span of your role. As the ideal candidate, you must excel in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and a diverse workforce. You will act as a talent advocate throughout the career lifecycle, understanding key business challenges to formulate and deliver relevant HR interventions that enhance employee experience and retention. Your roles and responsibilities will include conducting regular employee engagement activities such as one-on-one discussions, Top Talent Connects, and Leadership Connects. You will also enable career movements for employees, create awareness of career paths, and drive talent management processes as a single point of contact. Additionally, you will partner with account heads and business stakeholders to provide HR support for business-aligned projects. In this role, you will provide guidance on employment laws for the Geo/country, handle breaches of employment law, run central HR processes for employees, and drive specific HR interventions. You will be instrumental in supporting integration/acquisitions processes and ensuring the smooth execution of various HR functions.
